Deliciously Ella’s Simple Vanilla and Coconut Overnight Oats

Preparation: 5 mins

Cooking: Chill overnight

40g of Quaker Oats
1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
3 tablespoons of coconut yoghurt
100ml of almond milk (or any other pasteurised or UHT milk)
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
A handful of coconut chips and berries to sprinkle on top
Add to basket
Simply mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer the mixture into a clean jar, add air tight lids and store the jar in the fridge overnight (≤ 5°C). In the morning add your toppings, and enjoy!
