Deliciously Ella’s Cinnamon and Banana Overnight Oats

Preparation: 5 Mins

Cooking: Chill overnight

40g of Quaker Oats
1 ripe banana
100ml of brown rice milk (or any other pasteurised or UHT milk)
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
¼ teaspoon of ground ginger
20g of raisins
20g of sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
Add to basket
Mix the banana, brown rice milk, cinnamon, ginger and honey (if you are using it) until smooth in a blender, then mix it with all the ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer the mixture into a clean jar, add an air tight lid and store the jar in the fridge overnight (≤ 5°C). In the morning add on any toppings and enjoy!
