Oaty Chicken Breast

This is a delicious way to eat chicken.
2 large chicken breast s (sliced)
130g uncooked Quaker oats
1tps garlic powder
1tps cumin
2tps cajun mix
1 egg
pinch salt & pepper
vegetable oil for shallow frying
Add to basket
1. Mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl. 

2. In another bowl slightly beat the egg. 

3. Next, dip the strips of chicken breast in to the beaten egg and allow the dry mixture to set.

4. Following this shallow fry the chicken strips. 

5. Serve with roasted potatoes and a mixture of mayonnaise and two chopped garlic cloves.
