Rustlers Lamb Pie

500 g of Stewing Lamb

2 large carrots

1 large onion

2 lamb or chicken stock cubes

2 leeks

2 sticks of celery if you like it.

4 oz 125 g suet

4oz 125 g plain flour

Salt and pepper

Add to basket
  1. Fry off the lamb with the onion add all other veg which have been diced, cover with the stock, bring to the boil then allow to simmer
  2. Until tender. Make a pastry with the suet flour , water and seasoning. Transfer the stew to a casserole dish cover with pastry
  3. Brush with with a little oil and bake for 20 mins
