Pre heat oven to 190*C / 375F/ gas 5
Put chopped pineapple & banana into an ovenproof dish, drizzle the rum over the top.
Rub butter & flour together until you have a breadcrumb texture, add in the sugar & Quaker oats.
Spread the crumble topping over the fruit.
Sprinkle the halved pecan nuts on top of crumble.
Drizzle 2tbsp honey over the nuts.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 mins until slightly brown.
Serve with custard or cream
