Ginger Granola

500gms Quaker Oats

½ cup sunflower seeds

½ cup pumpkin seeds

½ cup sesame seeds

2 teasps. powdered ginger

½ cup vegetable oil

½ cup runny honey

Add to basket
Mix dry ingredients then add oil and honey.

Mix well and spread on baking tray.  Cook at 150c for 15 minutes.  Remove from oven and mix well. Return to oven for a further 15 minutes then mix again and return once more for 15 minutes.  Mix and leave to cool then stir in 4 ounces diced crystallised ginger.

This is a cereal with a zizz served with cold milk.  It is also delicious layered with Greek yoghurt and fresh fruit salad.
