Preheat oven to 175-180 degrees C. Place a piece of greaseproof baking paper over a baking tray. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Shape small balls and press with your hands to form 12 circular biscuits with around 5 cm diameter. Don’t worry if they feel sticky or easy to brake. Place biscuits on the baking tray and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Leave them to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
