Chocolate Truffles

Preparation:

Cooking:

  • 50g (2oz) Butter or Margarine
  • 60ml (4 Tbsps) Milk
  • 75g (1oz) Cocoa Powder
  • 100g (4oz) Quaker Oats
  • 100g (4oz) Desiccated Coconut
  • 25g (1oz) Chopped Nuts
  • 15ml (1 Tbsp) Sherry or Brandy or Milk
Add to basket
  1. Melt the butter and milk together, beat in remaining ingredients and allow to cool.
  2. Form into small balls and roll vermicelli or more coconut if desired.
  3. Place in sweet cases and allow to set (firmly).
