Chocolate-Banana Mudslide Porridge

Preparation:

Cooking:

40g Quaker Oats

1 over ripened banana

125ml of milk of choice or water

1/8th tsp salt

1tbsp sugar (more if desired)

1-1½ tbsp cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of cinnamon if desired

More milk, cream or yogurt to serve if desired

Add to basket

Mash over ripened banana really well (can help it along by microwaving it for 30 seconds.) Add oats, milk, salt, sugar, cocoa, vanilla and cinnamon if using. Cook on high in the microwave for 3-4 minutes, stirring midway through.  Top with more milk, yogurt or cream and enjoy!
