Pre-heated oven - 180°C/4 for 45 minutes
Line a loaf tin with foil.
Sift flour,oats, salt and spices in large bowl.
Add margarine/butter and rub in to breadcrumbs consistency.
Add sugar, chocolate and sultanas/mixed dried fruit.
Make a well in the centre.
Add bananas and egg and mix very well.
Spoon into the loaf tin.
The loaf will keep well in an airtight container.
